Samsara Live at GUST, Kuwait - 2014
Samsara is a live musical exploration of cycles, renewal, and inner reflection.
Recorded in 2014 and performed at Gulf University for Science & Technology (GUST), the project brought together a vibrant ensemble of talented local artists from Kuwait and across the Gulf.
The album features seven music pieces that weave together new age, ethnic, and Kuwaiti musical colours, creating a soundscape that feels both rooted and timeless. Melodies rise from traditional textures, blend with contemporary atmospheric tones, and unfold into moments of meditation and movement.
Interspersed within the compositions are poetic reflections from Rumi, adding a spiritual layer that deepens the emotional journey of the performance. His words, paired with your musical language, guide the listener through a cycle of contemplation, longing, and awakening.
Samsara stands as a testament to the artistic energy of its time, a collaboration of Gulf musicians, a fusion of cultures, and a moment where poetry, sound, and soul moved together on one stage.
